How to operate the feeder machine
1. If the feeder machine is used for quantitative feeding, it should be installed horizontally to ensure the uniformity and stability of feeding and to prevent material flowing freely. If the general material is fed continuously, it can be installed by 10° declination. For viscous materials and materials with high moisture content, the feeder can be installed by 15° declination.
2. After the installation of the ore feeder should be left 20mm swimming clearance.
3. Before the empty machine test, we should tighten all the bolts. Especially the vibrating electromagnetic anchor bolts. It should be re-tightened when the feeder equipment continuous operation of 3-5 hours.
4. During the machine test, the two vibrating motors must rotate in the direction.
5. Check the stability of amplitude, current, and noise during operation. If the exception is found, it should be stopped immediately.
6. The magnetic bearing adds a lubricating oil every 2 months. The high-temperature season should be added once lubricating oil every monthly.
