Application

2. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder

Application
It is suitable for processing materials with particle sizes less than 20-30mm, and the processing capacity can be large or small. This machine feeds sand and minerals (such as silica sand, beach sand, zircon sand, etc.), which are often used in front of the ball mill and evenly fed to the ball mill. This vibrating feeder is suitable for processing lines with ball mills in rock mineral processing lines such as rock gold, copper, and tantalum-niobium tin ore. The hopper is usually in front of the vibrating feeder, and the back is a belt conveyor.

4. Chute feeder
Chute feeder is a good choice for materials with a processing capacity smaller than 40-50TPH and a feeding particle size of medium size (stones less than 350mm). It is suitable for small-capacity rock ore processing plants (rock gold, copper, tungsten-tin ore, quartz stone) or stone-crushing plants. The front usually requires a material hopper, and the supporting equipment at the back can be a jaw crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher, roller crusher, etc. It has wide applications in mineral processing, coal, chemical, and other industrial sectors. This machine transports granular and block materials from storage bins and sends them to various receiving equipment. However, it is unsuitable for conveying powder concentrate and other powdery materials.

It can work reliably in harsh environments with high temperatures and humidity. Especially for transporting large blocks, high temperatures, and sharp materials, and work reliably in outdoor and humid environments.
