1. Preparation for installation

1. Set up signs to control the thickness of paving. Such as horizontal standard or elevation piles, pop-up horizontal elevation lines, or nail horizontal elevation pegs on the fixed building walls, slots, and ditches on the side slopes.

2. When constructing a project where the groundwater level is higher than the bottom of the base trench. Take measures to drain or lower the groundwater level, so the base trench will keep free of water.

3. Before paving, organize relevant units to inspect the trench, including axial dimensions, horizontal elevation, and geological conditions. If there are holes, ditches, and wells, deal with and formalize them before making the foundation.

4. Check whether the slopes of the foundation trench and pipe trench are stable, and remove the floating soil and water on the foundation.

 

2. Operation precautions

After the crushing production line equipment is ready, operate according to the prescribed driving sequence. The following five aspects need to be paid attention to:

  1. When starting the main motor, pay attention to the ammeter on the control cabinet. After 30-40s of starting peak current, the current will drop to the normal working current value.
  2. During operation, it is necessary to pay attention to the current not exceeding the specified value for a longer time.
  3. After the jaw crusher working normally, turn on the vibrating feeder. According to the material block size and the jaw crusher operation, adjust the rotary belt of the feeder to change the feeding quantity. Usually, the height of the material in the crushing chamber should be more than 2/3 of the height of the crushing chamber. The diameter of the material block should be no more than 50%-60% of the width of the feed opening when the capacity of the jaw crusher is high. When the material block is large, it will cause blockage and affect production.
  4. Prevent metal objects (such as shovel teeth, track plates, drill bits, etc.) from entering the stone crusher to avoid damage to the machine. When the metal objects pass through the jaw crusher, we should notify the operator of the next post immediately and remove them in time to prevent them from entering the second stage of the crusher system, which may cause accidents
  5. When the electrical equipment trips automatically, if the reason is unknown, it is forbidden to force the crushing equipment to start continuously.

3. Maintenance

In the crushing production line, the crushing equipment is a primary or secondary crusher machine. To ensure high productivity and long service life, production line manufacturers must keep maintenance of the stone-crushing plant.

(1) Bearing maintenance of crushing equipment

The bearing part of the crushing equipment is easily damaged, so it is necessary to add lubricant and grease frequently to ensure the service life of the bearing.

(2) Daily maintenance of crushing equipment

Keep regular maintenance to ensure that the crushing equipment is in a good state of technology, reduce downtime, and improve the completion rate and utilization, or even mandatory. Correctly deal with the relationship between maintenance and repair, do not allow only use without maintenance or repair without maintenance.

(3) Crushing equipment lubrication maintenance

Regular attention and timely lubrication of the friction surface can ensure the operation of the crushing equipment. Add the grease in the bearing seat for a volume of 50-70%, and replace the grease every three months. It should use the clean petrol or paraffin to carefully clean the runway of the bearing rollers when changing oils.

(4) Stone-crushing plant run-in period maintenance

For sand and gravel crushing plants, the articulation and collaboration of equipment are essential when the user purchases production line equipment and puts it into use. All need a long break-in period. During the feeding and conveying process, if you can not do synchronization, it is easy to block. Radiation is wide to affect the efficiency of the production line. The equipment will also produce some harm.

To catch up with the schedule, most users ignore some of the small parts during the break-in period or make the machine overloaded for a long time. 4. Safety production system
