Recently, one customer of Nigeria asked our engineer to make a 200 TPH granite crusher plant/sand plant layout for him. According to information, the Nigeria customer wants to get four kinds of crushed stone. 15-20mm, 8-15mm, 3-8mm and 0-3mm of the finished product. 3-8mm and 0-3mm macadam, we also called artificial sand, so this crushing plant must use sand making machine.

From the plant layout of view, there are crushing and screening equipment, feeding equipment, and belt conveyor. Crusher machines have jaw crusher, cone crusher, and sand making machine. The screen machine uses the multi-layer vibrating screen because there are various sizes of crushed stone that need to screen. Certainly, the sand plant also needs many belt conveyors to convey crusher stone.
The jaw crusher as the primary crusher for large size granite, and the cone crusher as secondary crusher for middle size granite. At last, the last step of granite crushing is used sand making equipment for fine crushing.
